COVID-19 UPDATE: Our team are working hard to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, within our shipment timeframe, but deliveries are being delayed by some of our providers due to COVID-19. and it may take up to 60 business days to ship some dry goods and livestock (fish & coral).

Our delivery providers are experiencing an unusually high volume during this time and are also due to extra measures taken at Quarantine, Customs and minor delays experienced by shipping providers. 

For confirmed orders, please wait until you receive your Shipment notification email, which will contain your tracking number; signifying that your order is on its way.

As per our terms and conditions which are accepted on checkout, our  shipment timeframe is 60 business days. Whilst we endeavour to reply back to your order follow up emails,  there may be delays in responding to you during this busy period, so we kindly ask that you wait until you receive your shipment notification email.
