The Reef 2000 filter system is a 6-stage filter system, similar to the Reef 1000, scaled to care for systems as large 1500L. With overall dimensions of 155 x 45 x 65cm, the Reef 2000 is designed to integrate all the necessary components for reef success, neatly within your aquarium stand. The 6 stages include: mechanical pre-filter sponges, nearly 100L of Bactballs for tremendous dedicated biological filtration, a Turboflotor 5000 Shorty skimmer, post-skimming supplemental biological filtration, a Calciumreactor 1000, and a Nitratereductor 1000 with Dosing Pumps. An integrated reservoir and the Niveaustat automated top-off system ensures a proper water level and consistent salinity. The Reef 2000 even includes 2 x Oceanrunner 3500 pumps for circulation duties. Truly a marvel, the Reef 2000 is the most capable complete system available for the serious hobbyist with a serious reef!
